Duties and Responsibilities of the Involved Parties
There are three interested parties within the scope of the graduation project: students, academic advisors and companies. The duties and responsibilities of the parties are stated below.
- The Role of Senior Students (Project Team)
- Managing the team process.
- Managing all parts of the project (technical, project management, customer satisfaction).
- Working together with faculty members.
- To fulfill the course requirements.
- Communicating with the relevant company representative.
- Visiting the relevant company representative regularly.
- Following the lesson regularly.
- Informing the project representative regularly.
- Preparing a press release regarding the project being prepared (to be published in both national press and social media)
- The Role of Academic Advisor
Providing support to the team on technical issues and ensuring the validity of the project. Arranging meetings for at least one hour a week to communicate regularly with the team and provide the necessary advice.
- To ensure that students integrate with logistics-related issues.
- Visiting the project representative at least once during the period.
- Evaluating technical issues of teamwork.
- Educating students on project management content.
- Evaluating the parts of teamwork related to project management.
- Coordinating all issues related to the project and ensuring that students work within a certain plan.
- If deemed necessary, to ensure that a confidentiality agreement is signed between the student team and the relevant company representative.
- The Role of Sector Consultant / Company Representative:
Many companies and students participate in the year-end presentation event. Our project companies can become event sponsors by contributing to this event. The names of the sponsoring companies will be mentioned in the invitations and media releases/news.
- To determine the scope, content, and necessary needs of the project.
- Informing the project team on company-related issues.
- Designating two authorities (primary and secondary) to support students.
- Being available to support the team.
- Providing relevant data.
- To identify and protect information necessary for the protection of the company.
- To cover the expenses of company representatives required for students to carry out the project (such as materials, and pho

- Attending the relevant presentation on the day the students will present their projects.
